Im posting this here for reference of any other players that run into this issue. This is NOT the Reckoning/Fateshifting bug that can be easily resolved by performing & completing another Fateshift. In my case, the sreen began shaking constantly, as if someone was continuously shaking the camera slightly left and right, similar to the in-game effect of an earthquake that shakes the screen.
